The South Dakota Law Review is a scholarly journal at the University of South Dakota School of Law. Founded in 1956, the South Dakota Law Review is a general-interest academic legal journal that publishes professional and student-written articles of national and regional interest. The Law Review is operated entirely by University of South Dakota School of Law students. Each year the Law Review publishes one volume, which appears in three separate issues.
