THE CARDOZO PUBLIC LAW, POLICY & ETHICS JOURNAL is a multidisciplinary publication dedicated to discussing and analyzing the policy implications of governmental actions, how lawyers advocate in the public interest, and how the ethical choices of legal workers affect the law and the public at large. CPLPEJ publishes writing in all areas of the law including: constitutional law, family law, legal ethics, criminal law, civil rights law, immigration law, environmental law, civil law, labor law, animal rights law, and sexual orientation law. The Journal is committed to a non-ideological investigation of issues and accepts submissions from philosophers, economists, sociologists, activists, lawyers, and other professionals.
