MiFID: ESMA Guidelines

On 6 July 2012, ESMA published two sets of MiFID guidelines:

(i) guidelines on certain aspects of the MiFID suitability requirements ( ESMA/2012/387);

and (ii) guidelines on certain aspects of the MiFID compliance function requirements ( ESMA/2012/388).
