LEY DE 30 DE MARZO DE 1984

PRESIDENTE CONSTITUCIONAL DE LA REPUBLICA

Por cuanto el H. Congreso Nacional ha sancionado la siguiente ley:

EL HONORABLE CONGRESO NACIONAL

DECRETA:

ARTICULO PRIMERO.- Créase el cantón PEDRO DOMINGO MURILLO, PROVINCIA GUALBERTO VILLARROEL DEL DEPARTAMENTO DE LA PAZ, cuyos límites son: al Norte VILLA MANQUIRI, al Sud CANTON JANKO MARCA, al este CANTON MAXIMILIANO PAREDES y al oeste con el CANTON SAN PEDRO DE CURAWARA con las comunidades 1) PEDRO DOMINGO MURILLO capital del cantón, 2) VILLCANI, 3) ROMERO PAMPA, 4) APAZA, 5) VILLCA BLANCA, 6) MAMANI, 7) CHOJÑA, 8) WAYWASY, 9) CONDORI 10) PAMPA HUTA, 11) CAYLLAVITO.

ARTICULO SEGUNDO.- De conformidad a lo dispuesto por el Art. 6o. del Decreto Supremo de 5 de diciembre de 1950 el Instituto Geográfico Militar queda encargado de efectuar la delimitación y fijar los hitos correspondientes.

Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo, para fines constitucionales.
