LEY DE 12 DE DICIEMBRE DE1996
GONZALO SÁNCHEZ DE LOZADA
PRESIDENTE CONSTITUCIONAL DE LA REPUBLICA
Por cuanto, el Honorable Congreso Nacional, ha sancionado la siguiente Ley.
EL HONORABLE CONGRESO NACIONAL,
DECRETA:
ARTICULO UNICO.- De conformidad al artículo 59º, atribución 12ª., de la Constitución Política del Estado, se aprueba y ratifica el Tratado Constitutivo de la Conferencia de Ministros de Justicia de los Países Iberoamericanos, suscrito en la ciudad de Madrid - España el 7 de octubre de 1992.
Remítase al Poder ejecutivo para fines constitucionales
Sala de Sesiones del Honorable Congreso Nacional.
