LEY DE 21 DE OCTUBRE DE 1986

PRESIDENTE CONSTITUCIONAL DE LA REPUBLICA
Por cuanto el H. Congreso Nacional ha sancionado la siguiente Ley:
EL HONORABLE CONGRESO NACIONAL
DECRETA:
ARTICULO 1°. - Autorízase al Poder Ejecutivo suscribir con la Corporación Andina de Fomento C.A.F. un contrato de préstamo por QUINCE MILLONES NOVECIENTOS SETENTA Y CINCO MIL DOLARES AMERICANOS ($us. 15.975.000.-), para el mantenimiento vial de los distritos del sur.
ARTICULO 2° . - Elévase a categoría de ley el decreto supremo N° 21216, de 11 de abril de 1986 años, referido al contrato internacional.
Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo para fines constitucionales.
