RECURSO CONTENCIOSO ADMINISTRATIVO. ALLANAMIENTO. ACTOS ADMINISTRATIVOS. NULIDAD. Se interpone recurso contra los actos administrativos del Ayuntamiento de Palma. La demandada se allana por lo que se sentencia atento al Art. 75.2° de ley jurisdiccional/98 conforme a las pretensiones del demandado ya que no se aprecia infracción manifiesta del ordenamiento jurídico. Se estima el recurso contencioso administrativo, ordenando la nulidad de los actos administrativos recurridos.
