- 2 - PER CURIAM: Raoul Lafond appeals the district courtÂ’s order denying his motion for reconsideration of the courtÂ’s denial of his motion

to disclose grand jury transcripts. We have reviewed the record

and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the

reasons stated by the district court. See
