This part has not been funded since the fiscal year ending June 30, 1968. Section 601, Pub. L. 85-864, title XI, Sec. 1111, as added Pub. L. 89-698, title II, Sec. 202(3), Oct. 29, 1966, 80 Stat. 1070; amended Pub. L. 96-88, title III, Sec. 301(a)(1), title V, Sec. 507, Oct. 17, 1979, 93 Stat. 677, 692, authorized appropriations for fiscal years ending June 30, 1967 and June 30, 1968, for international affairs institutes for secondary school teachers.

Section 602, Pub. L. 85-864, title XI, Sec. 1112, as added Pub. L. 89-698, title II, Sec. 202(3), Oct. 29, 1966, 80 Stat. 1070; amended Pub. L. 96-88, title III, Sec. 301(a)(1), title V, Sec. 507, Oct. 17, 1979, 93 Stat. 677, 692, authorized payment of stipends to individuals studying in programs assisted under section 601 of this title.
