CODIFICATION
Codification Section, act May 7, 1906, ch. 2083, Sec. 1, 34 Stat. 169, which provided for a Delegate in the House of Representatives of the United States and prescribed his qualifications, was omitted in view of the admission of Alaska into the Union.
