CHAPTER I - ADMINISTRATIVE COMMITTEE OF THE FEDERAL REGISTERSUBCHAPTER E - PREPARATION, TRANSMITTAL, AND PROCESSING OF DOCUMENTSPART 16 - AGENCY REPRESENTATIVES16.2 - Liaison duties.Each agency liaison officer shall (a) Represent the agency in all matters relating to the submission of documents to the Office of the Federal Register, and respecting general compliance with this chapter; (b) Be responsible for the effective distribution and use within the agency of Federal Register information on document drafting and publication assistance authorized by 15.10 of this chapter; (c) Promote the agency's participation in the technical instruction authorized by 15.10 of this chapter; and (d) Be available to discuss documents submitted for publication with the editors of the Federal Register.[54 FR 9679, Mar. 7, 1989]
