CHAPTER I - ANIMAL AND PLANT HEALTH INSPECTION SERVICE, DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURESUBCHAPTER D - EXPORTATION AND IMPORTATION OF ANIMALS (INCLUDING POULTRY) AND ANIMAL PRODUCTSPART 98 - IMPORTATION OF CERTAIN ANIMAL EMBRYOS AND ANIMAL SEMENsubpart b - RUMINANT AND SWINE EMBRYOS FROM REGIONS WHERE RINDERPEST OR FOOT - AND - MOUTH DISEASE EXISTS98.12 - General prohibitions. (a) Ruminant and swine embryos may not be imported from regions where rinderpest or foot-and-mouth disease exists except in accordance with this subpart.
