CHAPTER I - DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY, OFFICE OF THE SECRETARYPART 5 - DISCLOSURE OF RECORDS AND INFORMATIONsubpart b - PRIVACY ACT5.29 - Fees. (a) Components shall charge fees for duplication of records under the Privacy Act in the same way in which they charge duplication fees under 5.11. (b) The Department shall not process a request under the Privacy Act from persons with an unpaid fee from any previous Privacy Act request to any Federal agency until that outstanding fee has been paid in full to the agency.
