subpart c - PROCEDURES FOR MAKING GRANTS TO STATES
303.204 - Payments to the jurisdictions.
(a) From the sums appropriated to carry out this part for any fiscal year, the Secretary may reserve up to 1 percent for payments to the jurisdictions listed in 303.2 in accordance with their respective needs.
(b) The provisions of Pub. L. 95134, permitting the consolidation of grants to the outlying areas, do not apply to funds provided under paragraph (a) of this section.
