With the value of the franchise gone, the public easements in the street, as distinguished from the private ones, had a worth that was merely nominal, at least for any showing to the contrary in the pages of this record. Other objections have been considered without inducing a conviction that the petitioners have been the victims of any arbitrary rulings. The judgment is affirmed.
