The liability in this instance is thus governed by the provisions of the applicable tariff and no recovery could be had in excess of the amount permitted by its terms. The judgment is reversed, and the cause is remanded for further proceedings not inconsistent with this opinion. REVERSED. Mr. Justice STONE took no part in the consideration or decision of this case.
