INDEMNIZACIÓN CIVIL. MAL FUNCIONAMIENTO DE ALARMA. RECLAMACIÓN A EMPRESA. FALTA DE PRUEBA. La demandante imputa una responsabilidad a la demandada por el no funcionamiento de la alarma que no ha quedado demostrada, no acreditándose la causa por la cual dicha alarma no funcionó, pudiendo estar defectuosa la conexión, ser manipulada por terceros, o no encontrarse conectada, datos que no permiten presumir sin más el mal funcionamiento del sistema. En primera instancia se desestima la demanda. Se desestima la apelación.
