DELITO DE DETENCIÓN ILEGAL. ACUSACIÓN PARTICULAR. RETIRADA. Se desarrolló juicio por delito de detención ilegal. Retirada la acusación por delito de detención ilegal -con todo acierto, pues la denuncia no fue la única causa de la detención si pensamos en la presencia de hachís, y se hace, de otra parte, muy dificultoso considerar autor mediato de la detención al acusado, manipulando instrumentalmente a los agentes, más aún si su denuncia no es falsa- no cabe sino dictar sentencia absolutoria respecto de ese delito. En primera instancia se absuelve al imputado. Se desestima el recurso de apelación.
