Notice of Intent to Renew Permit and Notice of Public Hearing

Section 12-8-60, et. seq. as amended, announces its intent to renew Hazardous Waste Facility Permit No. HW-066(D), as amended, issued to Southern Wood Piedmont Company, Augusta, Georgia (SWP) for post-closure care and corrective action of the former hazardous waste surface impoundment closed as a landfill (SI/LF). The closed SI/LF is located at SWP, 1650 Nixon Road, Augusta, Georgia. The facility is identified by U.S. EPA I.D. No. GAD0501034387.
