I had the opportunity to read a campaign flier by Swain McElmurray, the Republican candidate for Richmond County solicitor general, and I found some misleading information that disturbs me.
On the back, in the third paragraph under "About the Solicitor's Office," it reads, "The solicitor's office prosecutes over 50,000 cases annually. We also coordinate with victims assistance programs ... ."Campaign Literature Looks Fishy
