Graveside services for Mrs. Dorothy Mae Shanks Wilkins, age 85, of Perdue Circle, Thomson, who died Sunday, May 8, 2005, was held on Monday, May 9, 2005 at 6:00 p.m. at the Shanks Family Cemetery.

Survivors are a son, Abdullah Zaid of Los Angeles; a daughter, Ruby Moment of Thomson; a special granddaughter, Valerie Moment of Thomson; 13 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; a aunt, Theresa Shank of Philadelphia; a sister-in-law, Effie Wilkins of Cleveland, Ohio; a nephew, Henry Doughty and wife, Vivian of Thomson, other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
