At the last pep rally of this past school year, my junior year, I watched as my school's seniors enthusiastically cheered the prospect of graduating. I remembered thinking to myself, "Wow, these kids sure are happy about leaving high school." I could not help but wonder whether my reaction would be the same.

Now, eight weeks into summer, with the reality of my senior year fast approaching, I feel quite a bit of apprehension.
