Mountain to Broad Oaks Land & Investment Co., Inc., dated August 1, 1997, recorded in Deed Reel 569, Pages 376-378, Richmond County, Georgia records, as last transferred to Otis F. Askin in a Blanket Assignment recorded in Book 790, Pages 716-718, said Deed to Secure Debt having been given to secure a note dated August 1, 1997, in the original principal sum of Nineteen Thousand One Hundred Fifty and 00/ 100 ($19,150.00) Dollars with interest from date at the rate stated in said note on the unpaid balance until paid, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door at Richmond County, Georgia within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in September, 2005, the property described in said Deed to Secure Debt, to wit:
