PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on the 31st day of January, 2006, ALBERT INGRAM filed a Petition in the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia seeking a name change from ALBERT INGRAM to ALBERT ANDREWS. Any interested or affected party has the right to appear and file objections. At the expiration of thirty (30) days from the filing of the Petition, upon proof of publication, and if no objection is filed, the Court shall proceed to hear and determine all matters raised by said Petition.
