Sharma ("Borrower") to First National Bank and Trust Company, n/k/a Queensborough National Bank & Trust Company, (Lender"), dated May 28, 2004 and filed for record June 16, 2004 and recorded in Book 4342, Page 251-255 in Columbia County, Georgia records, the lender has called the note due and payable.
