Because of a default in the payment of the indebtedness secured by a Security Deed executed by John L. Hendrick Jr. to New Century Mortgage Corporation dated April 25, 2006, and recorded in Deed Book 1053, Page 1661, Richmond County Records, said Security Deed having been last sold, assigned, transferred and conveyed to Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for the registered holders of GSAMP Trust 2006-NC2, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-NC2, by Assignment securing a Note in the original principal amount of $73,200.00, the holder thereof pursuant to said Deed and Note thereby secured has declared the entire amount of said indebtedness due and payable and, pursuant to the power of sale contained in said Deed, will on the first Tuesday, August 7, 2007, during the legal hours of sale, before the Courthouse door in said County, sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the property described in said Deed, to-wit:
All that tract or parcel of land with improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the State of Georgia, County of Richmond, being shown and designated as Lot 4, Block K, of King Estates Subdivision, on a plat recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Realty Book 22- R, Page 478; reference being made to said plat for a more complete and accurate description as to the metes, bounds and location of said property.Notice of Sale Under Power
