Yes, it's true. Other people's vices may be alcohol, smoking, gambling or chocolate, but my vice comes in a box of Pop-Tarts. I've tried to overcome it. I've gotten up early to prepare a healthy breakfast for my family on several occasions. But I seem to keep sliding backwards into my old routine: get to work, turn on the computer, check e-mails, then go to the canteen room to get a drink and warm up my Pop-Tarts.
