Small businesses in Oklahoma were benefited by at least three actions in the Republican-controlled Oklahoma House of Representatives in the early stages of the 2006 legislative session.
One of those is House Bill 2463 by state Rep. Ann Coody, R- Lawton. It was unanimously passed out of the House Committee on Revenue and Taxation chaired by state Rep.
