Oklahoma retailers have been paid more than $15.2 million in commissions since the introduction of the state lottery a year ago and have earned even more in store sales driven by lottery customers, officials said Monday.

The lottery's anniversary in Oklahoma is Thursday. In the past year, the lottery, which was passed by statewide vote, has sold more than $242.8 million in tickets and produced $792,000 in other related revenues such as bonds and interest.
