Cindy Batt, a corporate division manager with Arvest Bank, partly attributes her successful banking career to the education she received at Harrah High School. Batt, who first entered the financial industry as a bank teller while still in high school, said she is most indebted to her former math teacher Ruth Shaw for her encouragement and guidance.
After graduating from Oklahoma State University with an accounting degree in 1985, Batt worked in various positions with Bank of America and its predecessor banks until joining Arvest in 2002. Earlier this year she was promoted from senior vice president and commercial lender to her current position managing a new division at Arvest.
