Born and reared in Lookeba, Okla., Carol Gray comes from a family of farmers and talented musicians. As a young girl, she traveled the nation singing gospel music. By 18, she was a national talent winner with two gospel music albums under her belt.

While music remains a part of her life, today Gray's main focus is on The Children's Center. Founded in 1898 as an orphanage, The Children's Center is now a state-of-the-art pediatric hospital.
