After years of delays, one of the Island's biggest industrial parks is close to becoming a reality, Riverhead Town officials promise.

The entire timeline is undoubtedly optimistic - the land's redevelopment has been in the works since the U.S. Navy handed over the former aerospace testing site in 1998. Delays have led some to doubt it would happen.
