Summary:

The wheels of justice have been spinning for Enzo Biochem Inc. and Computer Associates International.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit affirmed a lower court's ruling that invalidated Enzo's patent covering products for the diagnosis of gonorrhea. Enzo said the court's decision was based on the fact that the products were on sale for more than one year before the patent was filed. The company said the decision will have no impact on revenue.
