Summary:

A pharmacy had no duty to warn a customer of the potential side effects of a drug, the Indiana Court of Appeals has ruled.

The plaintiff purchased a prescription drug used to treat impotence from his pharmacy. After injecting the drug, the plaintiff experienced an erection which lasted almost 72 hours and ultimately required surgery.
