Michael John Nikols, who confessed he had dealt cocaine out of his family's restaurant, the Coachman's Dinner and Pancake House in Salt Lake City, was re-sentenced this week.

Nikols has already served a portion of the prison sentence and has been on home confinement with an ankle monitor, according to federal court records. He originally pleaded guilty in 2005 to one count of conspiracy to distribute 500 grams of cocaine and was sentenced to 70 months in prison.
