Michael John Nikols, who confessed he had dealt cocaine out of his family's restaurant, the Coachman's Dinner and Pancake House in Salt Lake City, was re-sentenced this week.
Nikols has already served a portion of the prison sentence and has been on home confinement with an ankle monitor, according to federal court records.
