AZUSA - The San Gabriel Valley Gun Club announced Thursday it will move from its longtime location in the foothills of the Azusa- Duarte border to Burro Canyon Shooting Park, a range which is 15 miles to the northeast in the Angeles National Forest.
The move, expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2007, will be accomplished in phases, gun club officials told a group of about 70 people who met at the Azusa Senior Center.Gun Club Planning to Relocate Range
In the meantime, the club will seek approval July 17 from the Azusa City Council to extend its stay until arrangements can be made.
