anniversaries are a time to reminisce as well as do a little crystal-ball gazing, and throughout this 75th anniversary year for the Appraisal Institute, Valuation will feature a series of Roundtables focused on significant events and trends that have impacted the profession. For the first roundtable, we asked several appraisers to consider what, from their perspectives, has changed most since they started their career. Not surprisingly, technology came up most frequently in their answers.
