BECKLEY - Delegate Ron Thompson, who has not been seen at the state Capitol since March, says his condition is improving and he will return to the Legislature.

Thompson, who is battling depression, has missed interim legislative sessions each of the past three months. His March 5 swearing in was the 40-year-old Raleigh County Democrat's only appearance at the Capitol since the end of the regular session the year before.
