Yes, most everything you can order here is based around crepes. But it's not just the usual ham and cheese or chocolate sauce and bananas. Here you can get marinated skirt steak and mashed potatoes, wild mushrooms and risotto, even chicken liver with leeks in a Bordeaux sauce, all tucked into paper-thin yet durable crepes that do a surprisingly good job of standing up to everything that gets thrown at them.
