On appeal, this Court reversed, holding that the district court erred in admitting certain out-of-court statements of nontestifying coconspirators, as substantive evidence against the accused, where the government had not shown that the declarants were unavailable to testify in court.1 Our holding was grounded on our interpretation of the Confrontation Clause,Try vLex for FREE for 3 days
