Having regard to the Euro-Mediterranean Agreement estab lishing an Association between the European Communities and their Member States, of the one part, and the Arab Republic of Egypt, of the other part, and in particular Articles 74 to 80 thereof,

Whereas:

(1) The Agreement entered into force on 1 June 2004.

(2) The rules of procedure of the EU/Egypt Association Council should be adopted,
