The Chinese government is making it easier for its people to venture abroad, and Chinese citizens are increasingly looking to travel. When they go, Bay State officials want them to come here.

Tourism officials are laying the groundwork, bringing in delegations of Chinese tour operators to show them what the state has to offer and entice them to set up package deals with hotels and attractions.
