There's a small problem with many of the people buying motorcycles these days: They don't know how to ride them.
Harleys, Kawasakis and their ilk are more popular than ever, with more than 80,000 registered in Maryland, 9,793 of them in Anne Arundel County as of February. The county figure is up more than 20 percent since 2001.Biker Craze, Crashes Rev Up
But as the number of two-wheelers goes up, so does the number of wrecks and injuries.
