Denver Broncos wide receiver David Kircus will have a preliminary hearing July 12 for his second-degree assault case. Kircus, who appeared in Arapahoe County District Court on Friday, was accused of punching Jeffrey Krieger of Centennial after attending a party at his house in the early morning hours May 20.
According to the police report, Kircus punched Krieger after being asked to leave. Before hitting Krieger, Kircus said "You don't know what I'm capable of," according to the police report.Broncos' Kircus Faces July Hearing
