[Cyrus Georgalis] defrauded his victims out of more than $122,000. The victims are: Isidore Acevedo of Davie; Beatrice Yang of Sunrise; Ayako Sakaue of Pembroke Pines; Leo Lindsey of Pompano Beach; Janice Caplan of Plantation; and Debra Lynch of Deerfield Beach. Georgalis victimized his clients by performing substandard work and abandoning projects. Investigators also learned the suspect performed work without permits.
