Architect Frank Sheridan - Best in the Business
Architect Frank Sheridan had to adjust to corrections' hasty planning and designing requirements when he left private industry and joined the New York Dept of Correctional Services (NYDCS) in 1982. Sheridan took charge of facility maintenance and construction for prisons across the state and was responsible for the development and implementation of NYDCS's largest expansion program. In order to meet the various needs of the facility, Sheridan created the Mechanical Emergency Response Team, a group which automatically responds to mechanical or infrastructure failures that occur in prisons during the absence of regular maintenance crew.Building the best in the business.
