KERRY ON COAL: John Kerry's campaign is trying to hide his ardent anti-coal policy positions from voters in Ohio, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania. Last week, Kerry energy adviser David Hayes said, "John Kerry believes coal is an important part of America's energy future." But Kerry is a co-sponsor of Sen. Jim Jeffords's (I.-Vt.)
