Summary

Construction crews are still scrambling to complete the new $23 million baseball park on Charleston's East End by April 14, the day of the West Virginia Power's home season opener. The new stadium will host the city's minor league team, the West Virginia State High School Baseball Tournament and other events that are expected to increase economic viability to the area.
