CLEARLINK'R' Reports 3rd Quarter Fiscal 2006 Results.

MISSISSAUGA, Ontario -- CLEARLINK Capital Corporation (TSX:CNK) today reported results for its third quarter of operations in Fiscal 2006. Operating performance in the third quarter of Fiscal 2006 continued to reflect profitable, stable operations but at a level constrained by market factors and conditions specific to CLEARLINK.

Net income for the third quarter of Fiscal 2006 was $1.6 million or $0.18 per share, the same net income and per share value as was achieved in Q3 of Fiscal 2005. All per share values are fully diluted. On a year-to-date basis, net income was $4.6 million or $0.52 per share equal to the $4.6 million or $0.52 per share earned in the corresponding period last year. The year-over-year shortfalls in lease income were offset by increased investment income and expense reductions. On a rolling 12 month basis, net income was approximately $6.2 million or $0.70 per share.
