E- Commerce – Luxembourg Electronic Signature Regime To Fully Aligned With eIDAS Regulation

On 1 March 2019, the Luxembourg government approved a draft law to amend the Law of 14 August 2000 on e-Commerce. The draft law intends to align the current Luxembourg regime on electronic signatures stemming from the e-Commerce law with the Regulation (EU) 910/2014 on electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions in the internal market (the eIDAS Regulation).
